With over 12 years of combined experience and having sold over $100 million dollars of real estate in volume, you can easily say that these two make quite the dynamic duo. Merging their beliefs and visions into one, there is nothing that can stop them! Raffaellina and Becky both made the conscious decision to tie their businesses together because they are on a mission to build a brand that will empower women, give back to charities, and serve their communities! With over six years of residential development, property design, and land acquisition experience, Raffaellina Merlino’s journey into real estate began alongside her business partner and husband as co-founders of the Cityscape Development Group. Raffaellina is a top real estate sales leader serving as a liaison between the millennial home buyer and dream home builder in Philadelphia and South New Jersey. Selling over 50 units in her first two years of business, Raffaellina came into the industry after leaving the corporate world as a business development manager for high luxury fashion brands such as Christian Dior. Her recent venture into mix-use commercial building has sparked a new passion for community development and small business initiative.
As a North Jersey native she believes that she has the “newcomer“ advantage, where she sees so many positive opportunities and attributes that Philadelphia has to offer . When she’s not building or selling homes in Philadelphia, you can find her serving less fortunate communities around the world. Her most recent trip was to the “garbage dump” community in Guatemala, where she and her team built two homes for less fortunate families. With 10% of every home sale donated this year, she hopes to make a difference in the world through green initiatives.
Raffaellina is the co -founder of Table Share, a Christian based charitable organization that believes in serving and engaging. Raffaellina is also an alumni of the Fairleigh Dickinson University school of International Tourism and Hospitality. Growing up around entrepreneurs and restaurateurs, motivated Raffaellina to discover her passion for working with people and serving.
Raffaellina is a new mother to her daughter Avia which has sparked her initiative even more to serve the women around her and to inspire them to be their best selves through empowerment, partnership and mentorship.

Becky Rynkiewicz has been selling real estate since 2012. She works in Residential and Commercial Real Estate while being licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Becky is in the Top 1% of Philadelphia agents, and in the surrounding counties. She has sold over $12,000,000 in properties in 2019 and throughout her career she has sold a total of over 300 homes. Becky started investing in real estate in 2018 by flipping her first house and making a net profit of over $117,000. She continues to flip and invest in real estate while running a successful real estate business.
Growing up, coming from humble beginnings, Becky is committed to inspiring others to live their dreams, setting massive goals, and taking immediate action. When she is not working in the trenches of real estate, Becky’s other passion is horses and spends her time competing in the Adult Amateur Dressage Arena in Region 1 with her 12 year old Dutch Warmblood gelding named Cowboy. Becky is also dedicated to raising money and donating to Last Chance Ranch, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that saves animals from slaughter and neglect.

Nino Royalle has been chosen by Live Love Artemis to carry out their vision of being the most impactful international real estate group due to her many years of work experience in business branding, content creation, design, marketing and sales. Prior to joining Live Love Artemis, Nino worked for several luxury brands like Lazaro Soho, a Top Real Estate Team in NJ, and Restoration Hardware where she learned the value of providing unparalleled excellence in client services and putting people first. Nino has a natural ability to make friends everywhere she goes because she values human connection and loves working for a company that shares her core values of living fully, serving authentically, and giving selflessly. She is extremely committed to her work in building the Live Love Artemis brand and passionate about her growth in the real estate industry.
Nino holds her B.A. in Art from Brooklyn College during which she spent a semester in the Mediterranean traveling through Europe and studying art. Furthermore, Nino has learned from famous artists such as Archie Rand (American Painter and Muralist known worldwide) and Isabelle Collin Dufresne aka Ultra Violet (French-American artist, author, colleague of Andy Warhol, and Salvador Dali’s Muse). Aside from her passion in the arts and love for travel, she is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. As the host of the Naturally Nino Podcast where she interviews extraordinary people with transformation stories, Nino spends most of her free time sharing her health journey on her blog and YouTube channel while also advocating for the Familial Hypercholesterolemia Foundation which she gives back to through organizing fundraisers.
Nino looks forward to leading the way for young women that are struggling to find their path in life by setting an example and inspiring people to dream big! She truly believes that anything is possible with the help of God.
Robyn has always dreamed of starting her career in the real estate industry. With an eye for design and aesthetic, she can really help clients see the vision of their future home or investment property. As a self-aware HGTV addict, Robyn loves all things real estate related and her long-term goal is to invest and flip properties. Prior to obtaining her real estate license here in PA, Robyn worked in the travel industry. While she always knew it wasn’t her ‘forever,’ it provided her with many great opportunities to travel the world and build life-long experiences during her time abroad. Robyn also owns and operates a successful bridal hair and makeup company, Cheers 2 U Events. She runs a team of multiple hair and makeup artists, winning awards year after year for their excellent work and customer service. She is bringing her people skills, care, attention, and her ability to multi-task while staying organized and running a business to the Live Love Artemis team! She recently had a baby boy, Aston, and just in case you thought that would slow her down, it only motivates her to work that much harder. She brings new meaning to the term ‘momprenuer.’ Robyn is the perfect addition to the team because she also believes in providing exceptional service. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, you’re in great hands with Robyn, as she will always make you feel like you’re her priority by staying in constant communication with you throughout the entire process.
Brie Harp was born in Bucks County, PA. Beginning at the young age of three years old Brie grew up traveling to and spending a significant amount of her time in different states along the east coast. Ultimately, she returned to her home town of Philadelphia after each out-of-state adventure. Relocating often allowed her to keep an open mind, meet many new people, experience different cultures, ways of living, and gave her a fresh perspective on different lifestyles.
Growing up she was very adaptable. Always on the go, she took interest in all of the activities of the numerous real estate agents that she met along the way. She had the opportunity to shadow them and see behind the scenes; throughout the years she became more intrigued by the business. Coming from a sales, marketing and customer based background she was able to combine her interest of fashion and design and integrate it into a career she is passionate about!
Brie currently resides in Center City, Philadelphia with her seven year old daughter who is her heart and two rescue chihuahuas whom she loves spending time with. She also enjoys yoga and baking for others. Fostering animals and volunteering at the animal shelter is fulfilling for her. She has been practicing real estate since 2018. With all of her experience she is able to share the vision of others and utilize her expertise to assist them in creating their dream lifestyle.
Jody is a local Philly resident, a seasoned agent, and a Certified Negotiating Expert. Aside from being a licensed Real Estate Agent with the Live Love Artemis Real Estate Group at KW Philly in Center City Philadelphia, Jody is also an Associate Partner at Lily Development and the lead member of the Lily Development sales and design team. In this unique role, she works directly with buyers and the construction team during the construction of the new homes to guide the curation of the properties’ interiors.
Nadja graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of the Cordilleras in 2010 and finished a Professional Education Course from Benguet State University in 2020.
She worked as a Customer Service Representative for three years followed by her work experience with AT&T as a technical account specialist where her tasks included: responding to customer queries about AT&T, troubleshooting, services, equipment, promotions, roaming and billings. She also had exposure handling Hawaiian Airlines customers and her tasks mainly involved: issuing of airline tickets, checking if the requested dates of flight are available and then reserving seats and preparing itineraries accordingly, assisting with check-ins, processing luggage, facilitating boarding, providing information about the rules of the airline, taking care of the points of passengers through careful documentation and looking for flights where those points can be used, and answering complaints in the Customer Complaints Department of the Airline.
She has had seven years of experience teaching English as a second language to foreign students including: to the Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Chinese, Arabs and Mongolians. Her strengths include multi-tasking, communication, analysis, and documentation. In her free time, she always reads books and writes essays. She is also fond of hiking, helping out in the community, and hanging out with friends in coffee shops. Nadja also finds photography and music really interesting, watching movies and tv shows are also extremely entertaining for her.
